Commanding Officer - LCDR Nash

LCDR Nash began his Sea Cadet career in 1994 as the Supply/Finance Officer for Conolly Division in Fort Lauderdale FL. After Conolly became Spruance Division he was appointed Executive Officer. He served as the Operations Officer of Dahlglren Division in Washington DC and was later appointed Commanding Officer of Flying Midshipmen Division in Alexandria VA. He has served as Operations Officer for a recruit training evolution at Boca Chica NAS in FL, Airlift Escort for recruit training at FT. Dix NJ, and has escorted cadets to Hong Kong for the International Exchange Program on two occasions.

LCDR Nash’s military background was as a Chinese language specialist for the USAF. He currently resides with his wife Onka Dekker in Washington D.C. and has one son.
